A Photo Shoot for THE LAST THING YOU SAID

Last week, a box of THE LAST THING YOU SAID author copies arrived on my doorstep. My dear friend Maris, who was one of the first to read and love the book and is the talent behind my head shots, gifted me with a mini-photo shoot to celebrate.

It's March in Minnesota - not as green and lovely as summer in Halcyon Lake, but that didn't stop us. We braved the chill and mud and Maris captured the book beautifully.

The book itself is absolutely lovely - a shimmery, pearlescent dust jacket, embossed and foiled lettering, gorgeous photo section breaks, and purple print. I may be biased, but it's one of the prettiest books I've ever seen.
