Catching Up and Awards

We're in lovely southwestern Wisconsin this weekend, visiting Hammer Guy's family.  It's Oktoberfest, a great time to visit, with the longest parade in the world and much German-inspired fun (polka, hammer-schlagen, brats and sauerkrat, lederhosen, beer) at the Fest Grounds.  I'm also trying to catch up on the Writing Campaign, visit some blogs, respond to comments, etc.

I'd like to send out my thanks to two bloggers who were kind enough to recognize this blog.

Thanks to Francesca Zappia, YA Sci-Fi, at The Lobster Tank, for the Liebster Award and to Lisa Potts, who writes contemporary YA, for the One to Follow Award.

The idea of the Liebster Blog Award is to showcase bloggers with fewer than 200 followers. Once the Award has been bestowed upon your blog, pay it forward and recognize five other bloggers.

I'd like to recognize these five blogs:

Here are five more fantastic websites to follow:

Thanks so much to Francesca and Lisa for the recognition.  Meeting other writers from all over the world through the Platform Campaign has been an amazing, wonderful opportunity, and I'm very grateful for the friendships and partnerships!
