30DSC21: A Song You Listen to When You're Happy
So we move from anger and frustration to happiness.
I confessed the other day that I enjoy listening to Radio Disney with my kids. And there are a lot of other "kids" CDs that I love and some that I listen to in the car even when the kids aren't around. Some of our favorites as a family include They Might Be Giants, Justin Roberts, and The Muppets.
And I particularly love the soundtrack to Phineas and Ferb.
Phineas and Ferb is fantastic, brilliant, witty, clever, creative, well-written. It appeals to both kids and adults. I love it. Sometimes I watch it after the kids have gone to bed.
My favorite episode is "Put that Putter Away" -- the mini-golf episode. I can listen to "Disco Miniature Golfing Queen" over and over and over and never get it sick of it. I listen it to when I am already happy, and when I want to get back to my happy place.
